Submit
The borrower or broker submits the loan scenario for initial review, including property details, requested loan amount, borrower profile, and exit strategy. VIG reviews the information to understand the transaction goals, timeline, and overall fit. This first step allows our team to quickly determine whether the loan request aligns with our private lending parameters.

Review
VIG evaluates the transaction, collateral, loan-to-value, title/escrow status, and proposed exit strategy. Our team reviews the deal in-house to identify any key conditions, documentation needs, or structural considerations. If the transaction qualifies, we provide clear next steps and move quickly toward terms and loan documentation.

Fund
Once underwriting is complete, loan documents are executed, and title conditions are satisfied, funds are wired directly through escrow. VIG coordinates with all necessary parties to help keep the closing process efficient and organized. Eligible transactions may fund quickly once a complete loan package has been received and approved.
