At VIG Private Lending, we believe a loan decision should come from people you can call — not committees, algorithms, or call centers.

Consult
Every inquiry is handled directly by a VIG principal. We review the property, loan request, and exit strategy on the first call and provide an immediate read on whether the transaction fits our lending parameters. Brokers retain full control of the relationship, with commissions protected from initial submission.

Underwrite
Qualified deals receive a written term sheet, typically within 24 hours. Rate, points, loan-to-value, term, and fees are clearly defined in advance. All underwriting is performed in-house, on our own capital, using our own loan documents — eliminating third-party delays and conditional approvals.

Approve
Following document execution and title clearance, funds are wired directly through escrow. Broker-submitted loans typically fund within 5–7 business days, and time-sensitive transactions can close in as little as 3 business days from receipt of a complete loan package.
